Hei folkens.Jeg har en design kit men jeg kan egentlig ikke finne parametrene im leter etter i enheten modellen.Nedenfor er enheten modell parametere.Parametrene Jeg leter etter er
1 - GAMMA
2 - LAMBDA
3 - PHI

Jeg kan heller ikke forstå hva setningen etter Vth0 = 1.8602E-01 midler.
